Macaroni and Cheese
INGREDIENTS:
2 slices of bacon
8 oz elbow macaroni
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 cups cheddar cheese
2 TB butter
3 TB flour
2 cups milk
DIRECTIONS:
Sauce:
1. Melt butter.
2. Add flour and stir for 2 minutes.
3. Gradually add milk and stir.
4. Stir in two cups of cheese.
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Saute onion, garlic, and add cooked bacon.
3. Make sauce.
4. Combine pasta, sauted vegetables, and sauce. Pour into casserole dish.
5. Add last cup cheese to top.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
