Fruit Salsa

INGREDIENTS:
1 Fuji apple - peeled, cored and diced
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together Fuji apple, strawberries, kiwis, bananas, lime juice, 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator approximately 20 minutes.
3. Serve with Baked Cinnamon Chips.

Toffee Fruit Dip
from Our Best Bites
INGREDIENTS:
1 8-oz. package cream cheese (you can use light cream cheese)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Toffee bitsAssorted fruit and baked cinnamon chips
DIRECTIONS:
1. Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature.
2. With an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla.
3. When ready to serve, stir in about 1/2 a bag of toffee bits and add a little on top as well.
Serve with fruit and baked cinnamon chips.
*This fruit dip was absoutely delicious and so easy! We also loved the baked cinnamon chips, they went perfectly with the dip!
