Stuffed Shells

INGREDIENTS:
1 box giant shells, boil for nine minutes
2 cups ricotta
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
8 oz mozzarella
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1 TB parsley

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients and fill shells.
3. Cover with spaghetti sauce.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
