30-minute Dinner Rolls

30-minute Dinner Rolls

Makes 1 dozen rolls

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/8 cups plus 2 tsp. warm water
1/3 cup oil
2 T yeast
1/4 cup sugar or honey
½ tsp. Salt
1 eggs
3 ½ cups flour

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 1st four ingredients and let rest for 15 minutes.
2. Add salt and eggs - gradually add flour.
3. Shape into dinner rolls. After shaped, let rest for 10 minutes.
4. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees until golden brown.
