Steak Marinade

I am not a huge steak fan but I LOVE flank steak- it is thin, marinades well, and is delicious! This is also my favorite marinade and my parents always makes it for us when we visit their home.

Flank Steak Marinade

INGREDIENTS:
Flank Steak
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup red cooking wine
3 garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all marinade ingredients together in bowl.
2. Put flank steak in 13x9 pan, or anything else that fits the steak.
3. With a fork, poke a few holes in the steak so the marinade can sink within the meat.
4. Pour marinade over meat.
5. Marinade for a few hours- the longer the better.
