Whole Wheat Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

INGREDIENTS:
1 and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup pureed pumpkin
1/2 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp ginger
1/3 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
1. heat 350 degrees.
2. In a medium sized bowl combine the dry ingredients.
4. In your mixer, combine the wet ingredients.
5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, making sure it is well blended. Mix in your chocolate chips.
6. Once everything is mixed together, line a bread pan with parchment paper or at least spray with cooking spray, and pour the batter into the pan.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

*Yummy!! This bread was so moist and delicious!
