Mini Lasagna Cups

Mini Lasagna Cups
recipe from Catching Fireflies

INGREDIENTS:
Marinara sauce
ricotta cheese
mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
won ton wraps
Italian seasoning 
ground beef/sausage

DIRECTIONS:
1. Spray the cupcake pan with Pam and place one won ton wrap in each cup.
2. Next layer sauce and meat, cheeses then repeat.
3. Sprinkle with Italian seasonings.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes and pop out with a knife. 

*Serve with salad and bread, yum! This was a fun twist on lasagna and so easy!!
