Beef Stroganoff

Beef Stroganoff
from Mom

1/2 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
1 lb ground beef
2 TB flour (only if needs thickening)
1 tsp salt and dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sour cream
2 TB parsley

1. Ground beef with onions.
2. Add seasoning and soup.
3. Let simmer for five minutes.
4. Stir in sour cream and parsley.
5. Serve over hot noodles.
