Red Sweet and Sour Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
2-4 chicken breasts, cubed
1 egg
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup flour
oil
Sauce:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Dip chicken in egg and then cornstarch and flour.
2. Fry chicken in oil until crispy.
3. Dissolve sugar in water in pan over low heat. Add ketchup and vinegar. You may need to add cornstarch to the sauce to make it thicker.
4. Pour sauce over chicken pieces.
