German Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Place eggs, milk, flour, and salt in blender and mix until smooth.
3. Pour 2 TB melted butter into a 9x13 pan. Add batter.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Dust pancakes with powdered sugar and serve with buttermilk syrup.
