Lemon Parmesan Tilapia

Lemon Parmesan Tilapia

INGREDIENTS:
2-4 tilapia fillets
2-4 tsp butter softened
2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Sauce:
1 cup mayo
2 TB lemon juice
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place fish fillets in baking dish and top with butter and lemon juice.
2. Broil for 5-6 minutes.
3. Top each portion with 1-2 TB lemon parmesan sauce.
4. Broil 2-3 minutes or until sauce puffs and turns golden brown.
