Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia

Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia

INGREDIENTS:
4 tilapia fillets
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp paprika
1 TB parsley
1 lemon, cut into wedges
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. In shallow baking dish combine cheese, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. Drizzle fish with oil and mix into cheese mixture.
4. Place on foiled baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes.
5. Serve with lemon wedges.
