Oven Fried Chicken Breasts

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 TB parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
sprinkle of dried thyme
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
4 skinless chicken breasts
1 TB melted margarine

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Combine first six ingredients in shallow dish. Place buttermilk in shallow dish.
3. Dip chicken in buttermilk then in breadcrumbs.
4. Place chicken on cookie sheet and drizzle margarine over.
5. Bake for 40 minutes.
