Pork Chop with Orange Rice

INGREDIENTS:
4 pork chops
1 TB vegetable oil
1 1/3 cup uncooked rice
1 cup orange juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 can chicken with rice soup, undiluted
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a skillet, heat oil and brown pork chops on both sides.
2. Sprinkle rice into a greased 9 inch square baking dish. Add juice.
3. Arrange chops over rice.
4. Pour soup over chops.
5. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
7. Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear and rice is tender.
