Scones and Honey Butter

Scones
INGREDIENTS:
1 quart buttermilk
2 tsp dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 TB sugar
2 eggs
6 TB oil
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
8 cups flour

DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat buttermilk until luke warm.
2. Dissolve yeast in warm water then stir in buttermilk.
3. Mix remaining ingredients and 4 cups of the four in mixer for 3 minutes.
4. Add remaining flour.
5. Refrigerate.

Honey Butter
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup honey

DIRECTIONS:
1. Whip together
