Szechuan Chicken

Szechuan Chicken
from Dad

2 chicken breasts
1 TB soy sauce
1 tsp cooking wine
2 tsp cornstarch
4 TB vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp jalapeno pepper
6 green onions, chopped

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil

1. Mix chicken with soy sauce, wine, and cornstarch and set aside.
2. Heat oil in wok and stir fry garlic and jalapeno pepper for one minute.
3.Add chicken to sauce and stir fry.
4. Add green onions during last minute of cooking.

*This chicken is so simple but has delicious flavor! We love to eat this chicken dish with white rice.
