Poppy Seed Vinegar Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup olive oil
3 TB red wine vinegar
3 TB sugar
1 TB water
1 TB poppy seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground mustard
green onions
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour over spinach leaves and spring mix.
3. Top with mozarella cheese, sliced almonds, strawberries, dried cranberries, anything!
