Grandma's Stacked Enchiladas

Grandma's Stacked Enchiladas
from Grandma Uptain

INGREDIENTS:
2 big cans red, mild Enchilada sauce
1 can tomato soup
1can El Pato sauce (it is spicy so add a little at a time)
1-2 TB sugar
corn tortillas
oil for frying
1-2 lb. hamburger, browned
toppings- onions, olives, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream

DIRECTIONS:
1. Brown hamburger.
2. Combine enchilada sauce, tomato soup, el pato sauce, and sugar in a pan and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked hamburger.
3. Fry corn tortillas in oil until crispy.
4. To eat, stack a tortilla, sauce, desired toppings, repeat and repeat.

These are so delicious! No matter how hard I try they still don't taste just like Grandma Bev's, she just has the magic touch. The sauce is really good to freeze or eaten with chips as a leftover.
