Spanish Rice

Spanish Rice

INGREDIENTS:
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/4 cup rice
1/2 can tomato sauce (4 oz.)
2 cups water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp chicken bouillon granules
oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Saute onion and garlic in oil, until fragrant and translucent.
3. Add rice and cook until browned.
4. Add tomato sauce, water, and spices.
5. Simmer for 20-30 minutes, until rice is soft.
