Grandma's Pancakes
from Mom
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
2 tsp sugar
4 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix dry ingredients together in separate bowl.
2. Mix wet ingredients together in mixer.
3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix.
4. Cook on hot griddle.
*These are my all time favorite pancakes. And now that my mom gave me a wheat grinder I can make them with yummy whole wheat which tastes tons better than store bought wheat! Thanks Mom!
