Pumpkin Crumble Cake

Pumpkin Crumble Cake

INGREDIENTS and DIRECTIONS:
Mix and spread in 9x13 pan:
1 pkg yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup)
1/3 cup melted butter
1 egg

Blend and pour over cake:
1 29 oz can of pumpkin
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup evap milk
3 eggs
2 TB pumpkin spice

Mix till crumbly and sprinkle over pumpkin:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup reserved cake mix

Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Serve with whip cream!
