Caramel Popcorn

Caramel Popcorn

12 Cups popped popcorn (1/2 cup kernels)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Corn Syrup
1/2 Cup Butter (1 stick)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt

1. Bring sugar, syrup, and butter to a boil until it reaches soft ball stage (235 degrees).
2. Remove from heat, stir in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.
3. Add to popcorn.
