Mexicali Chicken

Mexicali Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
2-4 chicken breasts
1 TB Dijon mustard
2 tsp oil
1/2 cup salsa
2 TB lime juice
1/4 avocado
2 TB green onion

DIRECTIONS:
1. Spread mustard over chicken.
2. Heat oil and put mustard side down and cook, turn over.
3. Combine salsa and lime; spoon around chicken and simmer uncovered until chicken is cooked.
4. Top with avocado and onions.
