Poppyseed Bread

Poppyseed Bread

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
1 cup oil
1 1/2 TB poppyseed
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Beat eggs. Add sugar.
3 Add oil and almond flavoring.
4. Add milk.
5. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.
6. Mix in seeds.
7. Grease and flour bread pans. Pour mixture into pans until 2/3 of the way full.
8. Bake for 45 minutes.

Glaze
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix together.
2. Drizzle over cooked bread.
