Rice Noodle Salad

Coleslaw/Ramen Noodle Salad

INGREDIENTS:
Salad:
1 pound package shredded Coleslaw mix
1 3 oz package chicken Ramen noodles, crushed
1 2 oz package sunflower seeds
1 2 oz package sliced almonds

Dressing:
1 chicken Ramen noodles flavor packet
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 TB vinegar
3 TB sugar

DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix coleslaw, crushed Ramen noodles, almonds, and seeds.
2. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and Ramen flavor packet.
3. Pour dressing over coleslaw mixture and toss.

*Serve within 15 minutes for a crunchy salad or wait to add the nuts and crushed Ramen noodles just before serving if you have to prepare the rest hours ahead.
