INGREDIENTS:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
2 TBS baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
1 heaping TBS of dry powdered milk
4 eggs
3 TBS oil
2 cups water
DIRECTIONS:
1. Stir together dry ingredients.
2. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. (If you are making waffles, beat egg whites.)
3. Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients together.
4. Spray waffle maker or griddle and cook.
