Cheesyburgers

Cheesyburgers
from Saving Dinner cookbook, pg 255

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds extra-lean ground beef
3/4 cup swiss cheese, grated
14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, pressed
4 scallions, minced
1 TB Dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Wet your hands and press firmly into patties.
2. Cook patties over medium-high heat on the grill until done to your liking.
3. Serve with your favorite burger condiments!

*We love making these burgers because they have so much flavor!
